1. What is a digital photo booth?
Our digital photo booth is a sleek, modern, and interactive setup that lets guests snap photos, boomerangs, GIFs, and short videos. All images are delivered instantly via text, email, or QR code—no printing required.
2. How does the booth work?
It’s simple! Guests walk up, tap the screen, choose their photo style, strike a pose, and receive their images instantly on their phone or email.
3. What’s included in my rental?
Every rental includes unlimited photo sessions, digital delivery of images, custom event branding (overlay or frame), setup and breakdown, and an on-site attendant if requested.
4. Do you offer backdrops?
Yes! We have a selection of stylish backdrops you can add to your booth rental during the booking process.
5. Do you offer props?
We like to say you’re the props! We currently do not offer prop add-ons.
6. Do you offer custom branding or themes?
Yes! We can create a custom overlay with your event name, date, or logo to match your theme. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
7. Is printing available?
Our digital booth focuses on instant digital sharing, but if you’d like printed copies, we can recommend local partners who offer print add-ons.
8. How much space is needed for setup?
We recommend a 8x8 foot space, and must have access to a standard power outlet. For outdoor events, we ask for a covered or shaded area to protect equipment.
9. How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes. We’ll arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event begins.
10. What areas do you service?
We currently serve Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties in Florida.
11. How do I book?
You can submit your request through our Book Your Booth page. Once we confirm your date and details, we’ll send a rental agreement and deposit invoice to secure your booking.
12. Do you require Wi-Fi?
No! Our booth is self sufficient and has full internet service. However, if cell-phone service is spotty at the requested event address, Wi-Fi is preferred for instant sharing. If it’s unavailable, the booth will store all sessions and send them once it reconnects.
13. What is your Cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made after booking are subject to a fee of 25% of the total rental amount. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking. If needed, we’re happy to reschedule your rental based on availability.
